CAMBEX AND STORAGETEK JOINTLY ANNOUNCE QUALIFICATION OF CAMBEX FIBRE CHANNEL HOST BUS ADAPTERS FOR USE WITH STORAGETEK DISK STORAGE SYSTEMS

WALTHAM, Mass. and LOUISVILLE, Colo.– June 5, 2003 – Cambex Corporation (OTCBB: CBEX), a leading supplier of memory and storage solutions, and StorageTek® (Storage Technology Corp., NYSE:STK), the storage services and solutions expert, have jointly announced qualification of Cambex’s FibreQuik^TMPC2000 Fibre Channel host bus adapters (HBAs) and Dynamic Path Failover^TMhigh-availability software for interoperability with StorageTek D-Series disk products for IBM AIX operating environments.

Qualification of Cambex’s latest FibreQuik HBAs with StorageTek disk products demonstrates the commitment that both companies have in delivering fully interoperable storage area network (SAN) solutions to their customers. The integrated Cambex and StorageTek Fibre Channel Disk solutions provide highly available disk storage for IBM AIX operating environments.
